Traceability, it is our new approach that can track the production and distribution process of products. By achieving transparency of the origins, tanners, factories, and sales route that are possible only by FUJITAKA, which has acquired ISO and its own factory, and letting customers know how they have passed, we will work on manufacturing of "100% Made in Japan" with safety and secure.
Raw skin
We use raw skin of the cow eaten as meat, which has been properly processed under strict control from "Miyachiku Co., Ltd.", which operates farms in consideration of animal welfare and the environment in nature of Miyazaki prefecture where the sun shine. This skin is a by-product, and costs and increase an environmental load at a disposal. Therefore, by discovering new value and making effective use of it, we are working to coexist with nature and spin our lives into the future.
Tanner
We use special genuine leather that "Maemi co.,ltd." located in Himeji-city, Hyogo and aim the unique leather manufacturing with their high techniques, tanned, dyed and finished without any harmful substances in the accordance with the Eco-leather standards process. Such Eco-leather "EXTRA" with efforts to nature-friendly tanning and dyeing method, cleared the high standards, can be used safely and securely not only baby but also the elderly, besides leather scraps which was brought by the production process return to the soil and become the fertilizer. It is an ecological material that is kind to people and the earth.
Own factory
For FUJITAKA products, all processes of leather cutting, skiving, slicing, sewing, inspection, and post-sales aftercare maintenance and repair are performed at our own factory, "Iketei Product Co., Ltd." ..
We are sincerely working on manufacturing so that we can provide high quality products and peace of mind that "Made in Japan" can play. We have acquired ISO certification, which is a standard in 140 countries around the world, which is rare in bag manufacturing factories, and we are aiming for world-class Japanese manufacturing by concentrating reliable technology, high-quality products, and development capabilities.
Sales
At directly managed stores "IKETEI VILLA" and retailers of FUJITAKA products, we will firmly convey the details of these traceability to our customers and make efforts to make them aware of sustainable manufacturing. In addition, in order for our customers to use good products for a long time, we accept aftercare, maintenance, and repairs not only sales. By establishing a solid traceability foundation, we have created a system and environment that enables quick and accurate response.
