We plan to ship within 3 business days of your order. When shipping, we will notify you of the delivery company, tracking number, tracking service notification, etc. to the email address you entered when ordering.
It is not possible to specify the arrival date of your order in case of the delivery overseas.
Shipping charges are set for each region and may be revised without notice depending on the ordered items and shipping conditions.
About refusal of receipt of goods
As for customers who refuse receiving goods at the arrival, we will charge the actual expenses of both shipping fees to be delivered and to be returned to us, and still the expenses of packing material, so we would like to ask you to proceed a purchase after understanding the above.
For customers who paid in advance (credit card payment or bank transfer), the amount will be refunded after deducting various refund fees after the product is returned. For customers shipping by cash on delivery, we will send you an invoice for the actual cost of shipping the item after the item has been returned, so please pay by the payment deadline.
