Keyring is crafted from calf Leather by DUPUY in France. Tanned by a top-quality calf leather specialist tanner and meticulously milled repeatedly, the leather has a unique character and texture. The interior is made of domestically produced tanned leather. This material beautifully expresses logo embossing and linen rubbing, allowing you to enjoy the changes that occur over time.
The carved metal parts are engraved with finely expressed Leather, paying close attention to detail.
The characters that can be engraved include English letters (uppercase), periods (.), and designated symbols. You are free to choose any combination you like.

You can choose from three types: "Tone on tone", "Silver", and "Gold". *Depending on the shape and material, some products can only be engraved in tone on tone. In that case, we will contact you.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, except for mistake in the engraving or initial defects of the product.
Please allow about extra week for the engraving to be completed. Therefore, we may not be able to meet your desired delivery date. Thank you for your understanding.
This service is not available for cash on delivery.
Keep in mind that because this is a natural leather, there may be slight color variations that happen. The device you use may cause the appearance of the finished product to differ from the actual product.
When you purchase a product from a FUJITAKA store, a guarantee card (hereinafter referred to as the card) is included. This card is a guarantee for FUJITAKA products.
Guarantee
The warranty period is six months from the date of purchase.
We will repair any product malfunctions caused by normal use free of charge. However, please note that the warranty does not cover scratches, friction, discoloration, rain stains, superficial dirt, damage caused by storing a weight or capacity that exceeds the normal expected amount, or damage after repair or modification by a company other than ours.
Please note that there are cases when repair is not possible.

To request a repair, please bring the card along with the product to the store where you purchased it, or contact us via this website. Please note that if you do not present the card, or if the card does not have your name, purchase date, product code, or store of purchase written on it, the warranty may not apply.

When storing, avoid high temperatures and humidity, and store in a well-ventilated place as much as possible. Please note that prolonged exposure to sunlight or lighting may cause discoloration.
< Care Instructions >
If the product gets wet due to water, rain, or sweat, gently press it with a soft cloth to remove the moisture quickly and dry it in the shade. If you are concerned about dirt, gently wipe it with a bristle brush or dry cloth. When using cleaners or creams, be sure to use products made specifically for leather.

Orders placed by 3pm on business days and the payment is completed, it will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the next business day. Shipping will be from Osaka City. If the specified date is later, we will ship the item 2-3 days before the specified date due to the storage period of the delivery company.

< About returns >
You must contact us within 14 days from the date of shipment to request a return. No refunds or exchanges can be made after 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in the original packaging. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns for care products.

Depending on the destination country, shipping products overseas can result in extra expenses such as customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees. It is up to the customer to pay for all these costs. Make sure to check with the customs office of each country beforehand to determine if there is a tax and the price.
