When requesting repair, please bring the card along with the product to the store where you purchased it, or contact us. Please note that the warranty may not apply if the card is not presented, or if the name, date of purchase, product code, or store of purchase is not written on the card.

The warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase.
We will repair the product free of charge for product failures caused by normal use. However, regarding scratches / wear, discoloration, rain stains, surface stains, damage when the weight / capacity is stored more than normally expected, and damage after repair / modification by other companies than our company, please note that it is not covered by the warranty.
