HAKU Leather Clutch Bag B5
¥52,800
No.641251
The hikibaku (pulled foil) technique is used to craft this B5 size clutch bag, which embodies the time-honored Japanese aesthetic sense and the refined beauty of tradition, made of leather with multiple layers of foil and paint.
KYOTO Leather produces leather using traditional Japanese craft techniques, creating a new brand of leather material alongside various craftsmen. The brand FUJITAKA blends the cherished craftsmanship of Japanese artisans with the sensibilities of contemporary designers. The two brands have come together, resonating with each other and reaffirming the Japanese aesthetic.
The back side leather is made of Waprolux from the German tanner Weinheimer Leder GmbH. The embossed surface of this chrome-tanned calf leather features a soft feel, unique firmness, good color development, scratch resistance, and colorfastness.
Chrome-tanned leather is naturally resistant to scratches and stains but is also resistant to aging. However, Weinheimer Leder GmbH 's unique recipe and finishing process allows the leather to develop a luster at a "slowly" use, while still repelling scratches and stains, making it an excellent material that allows you to enjoy the changes that occur over time.
※The pattern may be different from the photo due to the cutting location of the leather.
