Material

LEZZA BOTANICA(R) is a sustainable way of making leather which is food by-products by using pomaces, which are plant by-products for tanning and dyeing.
In various parts of Japan, plant-derived pomace that is discarded during food loss and manufacturing processes can be seen. As a result of repeated research on tanning using the polyphenols contained in wine pomace, we created a leather that is both strong and supple, and succeeded in adding depth to the leather as a natural dye. As the same time, it is a high-spec material that also has antibacterial and deodorant properties.

Sewing

MEIKO (master craftsman) created by post sewing machines

The stitching that is carefully applied around the front, which is also a design point, uses a special sewing machine called a post sewing machine with a stick-shaped arm protruding vertically from the bottom instead of a general flat or arm sewing machine. Japanese top-class craftsmen use advanced technology to create a three-dimensional sewing that is impossible to sew with a normal sewing machine.
