White wax makes it white and smooth. It's just sprayed with wax, so it's very delicate. The deeper you scratch it, the more the wax penetrates and the leather may be scraped away, leaving a scratchy finish even if you continue polishing. In addition, it is very weak against water, and it is so delicate that even if you wipe it off immediately, it will become like a blister.
If you do not handle it carefully, the wax may be scraped and innumerable scratches may be attached, so in order to reduce it as much as possible, we will polish it once from the state where white wax is applied and sell it. ..
Even if you polish it once, you can still enjoy the fun of polishing it yourself. The whitishness of white wax still remains, and if you continue to polish it yourself, it will attract your own brilliance.
Wax doesn't blend in evenly, but depending on how well it's polished, the oil that comes through your hands, and how you interact with things, the underlying color cordovan lets you see through the color, making your unique look more attractive. You can enjoy aging.
If you want to polish it yourself, we recommend using a cloth such as flannel cloth. If you lightly apply pressure to your fingertips and gently polish it in a circular motion, it will gradually shine, so please enjoy the care while feeling such changes.
When you purchase a product from a FUJITAKA store, a guarantee card (hereinafter referred to as the card) is included. This card is a guarantee for FUJITAKA products.
Guarantee
- The warranty period is six months from the date of purchase.
- We will repair any product malfunctions caused by normal use free of charge. However, please note that the warranty does not cover scratches, friction, discoloration, rain stains, superficial dirt, damage caused by storing a weight or capacity that exceeds the normal expected amount, or damage after repair or modification by a company other than ours.
- Please note that there are cases when repair is not possible.

To request a repair, please bring the card along with the product to the store where you purchased it, or contact us via this website. Please note that if you do not present the card, or if the card does not have your name, purchase date, product code, or store of purchase written on it, the warranty may not apply.

When storing, avoid high temperatures and humidity, and store in a well-ventilated place as much as possible. Please note that prolonged exposure to sunlight or lighting may cause discoloration.

If the product gets wet due to water, rain, or sweat, gently press it with a soft cloth to remove the moisture quickly and dry it in the shade. If you are concerned about dirt, gently wipe it with a bristle brush or dry cloth. When using cleaners or creams, be sure to use products made specifically for leather.

Orders placed by 3pm on business days and the payment is completed, it will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the next business day. Shipping will be from Osaka City.
If the specified date is later, we will ship the item 2-3 days before the specified date due to the storage period of the delivery company.

You must contact us within 14 days from the date of shipment to request a return. No refunds or exchanges can be made after 14 days of purchase.
All returned items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in the original packaging. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns for care products.

Depending on the destination country, shipping products overseas can result in extra expenses such as customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees. It is up to the customer to pay for all these costs. Make sure to check with the customs office of each country beforehand to determine if there is a tax and the price.
