The Hawk series is a B4 size leather tote bag made of leather that provides a high-quality day off style. On your days off, you can spend time with your family and friends, dedicate yourself to what you love, and enjoy a different sense of fulfillment than when you work. We will create a high-quality casual style with a simple and luxurious design and texture for such a day off.

The bag’s main material is a carefully selected high-quality raw leather that has been impregnated with oil and dyed with aniline dye. The leather’s soft texture is achieved by carefully scorching the convex parts of the grain, which dives it a firm yet supple texture. The luster improves with age. A modern and cool impression is created by the combination of metal fittings and zippers in matte black.

Despite being a casual tote, it has a variety of pockets, including a cushion pocket for tablet devices and 11-inch tablets, zipper pockets on booth sides, and a back pocket on the back.

How to use

Please read the following and specify on the "Checkout" screen.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, except for mistake in the engraving or initial defects of the product.
Please allow about extra week for the engraving to be completed. Therefore, we may not be able to meet your desired delivery date. Thank you for your understanding.
This service is not available for cash on delivery.
Since this is made of natural leather, there will be some color variation. Also, depending on the device you are using, the appearance (of the finished product) may differ from the actual product, so please be aware of this before using this service.

Warranty and Repair

When you purchase a product from a FUJITAKA store, a guarantee card (hereinafter referred to as the card) is included. This card is a guarantee for FUJITAKA products.

Guarantee

The warranty period is six months from the date of purchase.
We will repair any product malfunctions caused by normal use free of charge. However, please note that the warranty does not cover scratches, friction, discoloration, rain stains, superficial dirt, damage caused by storing a weight or capacity that exceeds the normal expected amount, or damage after repair or modification by a company other than ours.
Please note that there are cases when repair is not possible.

To request a repair, please bring the card along with the product to the store where you purchased it, or contact us via this website. Please note that if you do not present the card, or if the card does not have your name, purchase date, product code, or store of purchase written on it, the warranty may not apply.

About maintenance

< Handling Precautions >

When storing, avoid high temperatures and humidity, and store in a well-ventilated place as much as possible. Please note that prolonged exposure to sunlight or lighting may cause discoloration.

< Care Instructions >

If the product gets wet due to water, rain, or sweat, gently press it with a soft cloth to remove the moisture quickly and dry it in the shade. If you are concerned about dirt, gently wipe it with a bristle brush or dry cloth. When using cleaners or creams, be sure to use products made specifically for leather.

DELIVERY

< About delivery date >

Orders placed by 3pm on business days and the payment is completed, it will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the next business day. Shipping will be from Osaka City.
If the specified date is later, we will ship the item 2-3 days before the specified date due to the storage period of the delivery company.

Shipping of Clearance Items

Please allow an extra 1-2 business days on top of the usual time.

Shipping on weekends, holidays and other holidays

Please note that we are not currently handling shipments via the online store or responding to inquiries.

< About returns >

You must contact us within 14 days from the date of shipment to request a return. No refunds or exchanges can be made after 14 days of purchase.
All returned items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in the original packaging. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns for care products.

Depending on the destination country, shipping products overseas can result in extra expenses such as customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees. It is up to the customer to pay for all these costs. Make sure to check with the customs office of each country beforehand to determine if there is a tax and the price.
