Boxcalf Series

A series of small items that luxuriously use "Chateaubriand" from DUPUY a tanner specializing in the finest French calf.
We carefully select and use high-quality raw hides from Europe, and use our long-established original chrome tanning and dyeing techniques. Because the time it takes to soak in the tanning solution is short, about 2 hours, it remains hard, but on the other hand, it has a moderate firmness and is resistant to scratches. In addition, grain is softer than regular box calf, giving it a gentle touch and beautiful fine texture.
The chrome tanned leather, which is not usually done, is polished with cuts. It is an advanced technique with "dye powder" that is uniquely blended by craftsmen. In addition, the interior is also coated with leather on the edge.
